Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Wen Company ("Company") and members regarding the use of the AI face reading service 'Face Spoiler' ("Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Service.
2. "Paid Service" refers to the detailed face reading reports, character image generation, and related services provided for a fee.
3. "Content" refers to all information including face analysis text and character images provided by the Service.

Article 3 (Service Provision)
1. The Company provides AI face reading reports and character image generation based on facial photos uploaded by users.
2. [Disclaimer] The face reading information is interpretation based on traditional physiognomy and AI models, intended as entertainment reference. Accuracy is not guaranteed. The Service cannot serve as a basis for medical, legal, or financial decisions, and the user bears final responsibility for results.

Article 4 (Service Agreement and Information Input)
1. Users enter into the service agreement by providing profile information (name, gender) and uploading a facial photo for analysis.
2. If uploaded photos have low quality or unclear facial features, analysis accuracy may decrease, for which the Company is not responsible.

Article 5 (Fees and Payment)
1. The fee for detailed face reading reports and character images is KRW 990 (VAT included) per item.
2. Payment is made through credit cards or simple payment methods (KakaoPay, ApplePay, TossPay) provided by the Company.

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Refunds)
1. The paid services are 'digital content' subject to withdrawal restrictions under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Content Industry Promotion Act.
2. Once payment is completed and the detailed report or character image is generated and viewed, the service is considered delivered and refunds are not available.
3. However, full refunds will be issued if the report or character image cannot be generated or viewed due to system errors or other obvious defects.

Article 7 (Data Storage and Access)
1. Members can re-access purchased reports and character images without limit until account deletion. However, uploaded original photos are deleted immediately after analysis and not stored.
2. If a member voluntarily deletes their account or profile, related reports and character images will also be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Article 8 (Copyright and Usage Restrictions)
1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company (analysis text, generated character images) belong to the Company.
2. Users may use information obtained through the Service only for personal purposes (SNS sharing, etc.) and may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use it for commercial purposes.

These terms are effective from April 9, 2026.
