Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than those listed below, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented.

2. Goods or Service Provision: Paid payment management, purchase history provision

The Company collects the following information for fortune analysis.
1. Required Items: Name (or nickname), date of birth, time of birth, gender, solar/lunar calendar distinction
2. Payment Related (Entrusted to PG Company): Payment approval details, purchase tokens (Sensitive information such as card numbers is not directly stored by the Company.)
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information under applicable laws or within the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject.
1. Service Usage Data: Until membership withdrawal (However, permanent storage is provided for re-viewing convenience unless the user deletes their profile)
2. Information retention under applicable laws:
- Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information of data subjects only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information) and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as consent of the data subject or special provisions of law.
Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)
1. The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
2. For information in electronic file format, technical methods that prevent record reproduction are used.
Article 6 (Personal Information Protection Officer)
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows to oversee personal information processing and handle complaints and damage relief related to personal information.
