Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Wen Company (hereinafter "Company") and members regarding the use of the fortune analysis service 'Life Spoiler' (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
1. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Service and receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms.
2. "Paid Service" refers to the detailed fortune analysis reports and related services provided by the Company for a fee.
3. "Content" refers to all forms of information provided by the Service, including text, images, and graphs.

Article 3 (Provision and Modification of Service)
1. The Company provides users with personal fortune analysis services based on Zi Wei Dou Shu and astrology.
2. [Disclaimer] The fortune information provided by this Service is an interpretation based on statistics and academic theories. Its accuracy is not guaranteed, and it does not definitively determine life's fortunes and misfortunes. The final judgment and responsibility for the results of using the Service lies with the user.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Use Agreement and Information Input)
1. The use agreement is concluded when the user enters information such as name, date of birth, time of birth, and gender according to the procedures set by the Service.
2. If the date of birth and time of birth entered by the user are inaccurate, the accuracy of the analysis results may be reduced, and the Company is not responsible for this.

Article 5 (Usage Fees and Payment)
1. The cost of viewing a detailed fortune report is $0.99 per report (including tax).
2. Payment is made through payment methods provided by the Company, such as credit cards and simple payment.

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Refund)
1. The paid service provided by the Company is 'digital content' that falls under the reasons for restriction of withdrawal under the Electronic Commerce Act and the Content Industry Promotion Act.
2. If the user completes payment and views the detailed report screen (or report generation is completed), the service is considered complete and refunds are not possible.
3. However, if the report is not generated due to a system error by the Company, or if there is a clear defect such as the report content not being visible at all, a full refund will be provided.

Article 7 (Data Storage and Viewing)
1. Members can re-view purchased reports without limit in 'My Storage' until membership withdrawal.
2. If a member voluntarily withdraws from membership or deletes data, recovery may not be possible.

Article 8 (Attribution of Copyright and Usage Restrictions)
1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
2. Users may only use information obtained through the Service for personal purposes (such as SNS sharing) and may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use it for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it.

These terms are effective from January 18, 2026.
